NOTES: 1. In accordance with AS3600-2009, Anchor Design Tension Capaci-

ties Φ NA incorporate a strength reduction factor Φ=0.6,

2. Bar Development Length based on Grade 500N rebar, in accordance

with AS/NZS 4671:2009

3. ƒ'c=32MPa or greater

4. Minimum spacing between anchors of 8 x Bar Diameter

5. Edge distance (tension) of 6 x Bar Diameter.

6. When rebars are installed as anchors the Base Material Thickness (BMT) must be minimum 150% of anchor embedment.

7. For reinforcing applications, refer to AS3600-2009 for stress development in reinforcement.

• Above tables are meant as a guide, figures are an estimate and have been rounded.

• Full cure is achieved after 24 hours. All specifications are based on use of the correct ICCONS™ mixer nozzle.

• Temperature refer to the base material temperature, not the ambient air temperature.

• Working time / gel time is the maximum time before adhesive begins to set, calculated from time when adhesive if dispensed.

• Cure Time is the minimum time required before the adhesive reaches its published loads.
