INTRODUCTION
VENUE OVERVIEW For cricket fans, Adelaide Oval is practically a sacred ground, rich in sporting history and charmed with genteel heritage. From its beginnings in , Adelaide Oval has hosted some of cricket’s defining moments.
Adelaide Oval was the home ground for Sir Donald Bradman for most of his career. Today it is home to the South Australian Cricket Association.
The South Australian Government invested in a significant reconstruction of Adelaide Oval that wascompleted in early , expanding the venue’s capacity, providing the latest in spectator experience, while maintaining the historic spectator hill beneath the Moreton Bay fig trees.

ROAD CLOSURES Pre and Post Game Temporary Road Closures will include the following:
> War Memorial Drive between King William Road and the Riverbank Footbridge will be closed to all traffic up to hours prior to the commencement of each game and up to . hours after the game
> War Memorial Drive between the Riverbank
Pedestrian Bridge and Montefiore Road will be closed to general traffic hours prior to each game and up to hour after each game with access for Permit holders and Accessible taxi drop off/pick up only
At matches where the anticipated attendance is high, the following additional closures will also be implemented to ensure the safe passage of pedestrians:
> King William Road between Currie/Grenfell Streets and War Memorial Drive (buses excepted)
> Victoria Drive between King William Road and Kintore Avenue (traffic exiting the Torrens Parade Ground must turn right into Victoria Drive). Buses and cyclists accepted
> Pennington Terrace (taxis, cyclists and vehicles exiting the Adelaide Oval northern carpark excepted); and
> Sir Edwin Smith Drive (between War Memorial Drive east and King William Road) access for taxis only and right hand turn only onto King William Road). No access from Sir Edwin Smith Drive into War Memorial Drive

Limited spectator parking is available at AdelaideOval in the North Car Park.
ACCESSIBLE PARKING Available in the North Car Park or Torrens Parade Ground with a valid disability parking permit.

Family Zones are family friendly ticketed areas that are designated alcohol-free.
The Family Zone is located in General Admission on the Northern Mound Grassy Embankment.
In addition to Family Zones, selected matches will have designated alcohol-free or ‘dry zone’ seating areas, marked clearly on venue maps, where alcohol cannot be consumed. People sitting in these areas will, however, have the option to consume alcohol in other designated areas of the ground. The Dry Zones at Adelaide Oval are located in Sections and .

Venue Box offices will only be operational when an ICC Cricket World Cup match is being played at the venue. Box office opening hours will be announced closer to the tournament.

Merchandise will be available for purchase in theSouthern Plaza Fan Zone, inside the south and east gate, as well as in the western stand.

Patrons are permitted to bring in small quantities of food and non-alcoholic drinks for personal use only. As per Adelaide Oval’s Conditions of Entry,

Umbrella Policy
Umbrellas may be bought into Adelaide Oval but for the comfort and safety of others cannot be
raised whilst any activities are taking place on theplaying arena.
Chair Policy
Chairs are permitted to be set up on the Northern Mound under our SACA/Adelaide Oval Policy. Placement of chairs is at the discretion of venue staff.
Pram/Stroller Policy
Prams and strollers are generally permitted within Adelaide Oval. However, due to space limitations and for the safety and enjoyment of all patrons,
AOSMA may from time to time, control the number of prams or strollers permitted within Adelaide Oval (restrictions apply for storage locations).
Flag Policy
Flag poles over metre in length will not be permitted into the venue.
Instrument Policy
All musical instruments are Prohibited items at ICC Cricket World Cup matches played at Australian venues.
Any person that wishes to bring a musical instrument into a venue must apply in writing to the Cricket World Cup Event Director, ICC Cricket World Cup Ltd, Albert Road, South Melbourne, VIC, .
Liquor Policy
Patrons are advised they are entering a licensed premises and are therefore required to comply with
the following liquor licensing laws: > Intoxicated persons will not be permitted to

> It is an offence for minors to purchase and/or consume liquor

RECOMMENDED VENUE ENTRY GATES It is recommended that you enter through the gate which is printed on your ticket, as this will be the closest gate to where you are seated in the venue (although your ticket will scan through any of these gates).
Screening Process
The Ticket Holder may be searched (including a
search of the Ticket Holder’s bags, clothes and otherpossessions) by stadium staff prior to entry into or at any time within the venue for the purpose of monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Conditions (including locating and removing any Prohibited Items). Should the Ticket Holder refuse to be searched the Ticket Holder may be refused admission to and/or ejected from the venue without refund or compensation. Prohibited Items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed at the discretion of Stadium Management and without
obligation to return such items to the Ticket Holderor to compensate the Ticket Holder in respect thereof.
Searching may include the use of handheld metal detectors and Patrons without bags are encouraged to enter the venue using the ‘no bags’ express lane.
Patrons should refer to the ‘prohibited items’ list for more information on what items must not be taken into the venue.
Security cameras operate at each stadium and
patrons may be filmed.
Pass-Out Policy
Patrons are permitted to leave and re-enter the match. However they will need to have their ticket barcode scanned prior to exiting the stadium and have it re-scanned upon entry back into the ground. Those wishing to re-enter will be subject to further patron screening.
SEATING AREAS
Reserved Seating A reserved seat is a specific seat that a patron has been allocated for the match.
All sections within The Gabba have been allocated as Reserved Seating.
General Admission
General Admission is a ticket type used to describe a grass embankment where patrons are admitted to a designated area rather than given a specific seat. There is no general admission area at The Gabba.
Member Areas
Please be aware that during the ICC Cricket World Cup The Gabba member’s reserve will not be operating as they traditionally do for cricket as a member’s only area. Following the expiry of the venue members’ offer, tickets to member’s seating areas are now available to the general public for purchase until the allocation is exhausted. As these areas are not exclusive member areas for the ICC Cricket World Cup all patrons must have a

On Canberra match days, the Fan Zones at Manuka Oval will be abuzz with waves of colour, movement,
music and plenty of activities for families andchildren, providing the opportunity to completely immerse yourself in Cricket World Cup fever in the nation’s capital.

VENUE INFORMATION
ACTION buses are providing special free shuttle services from and to Civic and Woden for ticket
holders for all ICC Cricket World Cup match days at Manuka Oval. In addition, ticket holders can travel on any ACTION bus across the entire network on the day for free. For more details go to action.act.gov.au
Road Closures
If you are driving, some general road closures and managed access arrangements for residents will apply at the Manuka Oval precinct.
ParkingCatching a free ACTION bus is a great way to get to and from the game so leave the car at home and come along and enjoy the match. Be sure to arrive early and avoid the last minute rush.

Taxis
It is recommend for taxis to drop off at the Manuka Shopping Centre then use the pedestrian traffic lights to cross Canberra Avenue.

Walking and Cycling There are a number of paths available for use for entry and departure from Manuka Oval. Please note that no bikes are permitted inside the venue.

Family Zone & Dry Zone
Family zones are family friendly seating areas that are designated alcohol-free. The Family Zone is located in the lower bays & .
In addition to family zones, selected matches will have designated alcohol-free or ‘dry zone’ seating areas, marked clearly on venue maps, where alcohol cannot be consumed. People sitting in these areas will, however, have the option to consume alcohol in other designated areas of the ground.

For match days, temporary ATMs can be found on the outer concourse behind the Bradman Stand and at the East Gate entry.
First Aid
First Aid is located on the outer concourse at various points around the venue including under the Video Replay Board near the scoreboard, and adjacent to the Hawke Stand. Please ask a security guard or customer service volunteer for directions or assistance if required.
Catering There will be a variety of food and beverage options available from traditional bar and food outlets in public areas.
Information Point
There is a stationary information point situated underneath the Hawke Stand. This point will be operated by customer services volunteers who will be able to assist with any venue related query you may have.
Box Office
Manuka Oval has two box offices. The Main box office is located at the Main gate at the North end of the ground off Manuka Circle, while a secondary box office is located at the East Gate at the Eastern side of the ground also of Manuka Circle.

The ICC Cricket World Cup matches are declared major events under the Major Events Act (ACT).
Where a patron is unable to attend a match alone, companions will be provided with a complimentary ticket subject to availability. To be eligible, a

Ticketing Issues on the Day
In the event you have any issue on match day, please visit your nearest box office. These are located at both the Main and East Gates.
RECOMMENDED VENUE ENTRY GATESThere are two public gates to enter at Manuka Oval. The Main Gate, situated at the North West side of the ground off Manuka Circle and the East Gate, situated at the East side of the ground also off Manuka Circle.
It is recommended to enter through the gate which is printed on your ticket as this will be the closest gate to where you are seated in the venue, although you can still enter through either gate.
Screening Process
The Ticket Holder may be searched (including a search of the Ticket Holder’s bags, clothes and other possessions) by stadium staff prior to entry into or at any time within the venue for the
purpose of monitoring and enforcing compliancewith the Conditions (including locating and removing any Prohibited Items). Should the Ticket Holder refuse to be searched the Ticket Holder may be refused admission to and/or ejected from the venue without refund or compensation. Prohibited items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed at the discretion of Stadium Management and without obligation to return such items to the Ticket Holder or to compensate the Ticket Holder in respect thereof.

Pass-Out Policy
Patrons are permitted to leave and re-enter the match. However they will need to have their ticket barcode scanned prior to exiting the stadium and have it re-scanned upon entry back into the ground. Those wishing to re-enter will be subject to further patron screening.

The spectator ticket for ICC Cricket World Cup Pool Matches at Bellerive Oval is inclusive of Metro Tasmania bus transport including the event shuttles
from Hobart, Kingston, Claremont, Bridgewater andLaurderdale from four hours before to two hours after the match on the date specified on the ticket.
A ferry service will operate from Wrest Point and Hobart City to Bellerive on match days. Cost for this service is $ per adult, with children under travelling free of charge when accompanied by an adult. Transport back to these locations will be done by Metro Tasmania buses free of charge with a spectator ticket.

Following the expiry of the ‘venue members’ offer, tickets to the Members Pavilion are available to the general public for purchase until the allocation is exhausted. As these areas are not exclusive member areas for the ICC Cricket World Cup
all patrons must have a valid match ticket, all areas are designated as reserved seating, and serving of alcohol will follow the same protocols as general public areas of each ground. All patrons purchasing tickets in this area are encouraged to respect the history and facilities of the Members areas.

Baby Changing
Parent Rooms are located at the rear of M in the
Great Southern Stand, behind M in the Ponsford Stand, behind M in the Olympic Stand and inside the Gate entrance of the MCC Members’ Reserve. Each Parent Room includes baby change facilities, a family toilet and microwave. Baby Change Stations are located in various locations around the ground.

Stroller Storage
Prams and strollers are permitted within the stadium. They can be placed in seating areas if they
can be folded and placed under the seats or away from seating as long as they do not present a safety hazard to customers. If they cannot be folded they can be stored at the Customer Service Office at M or the Stadium Management centre on level B, adjacent to the Bill Lawry Indoor Cricket Centre. Prams can also be placed in wheelchair accessible bays as long as the bays have not been pre-sold as reserved seats and space is still available for patrons with a disability.
Lost & Found Persons
Wristbands are available at the public enquiry counter at the Customer Service Office behind seating in Bay M in the Olympic Stand. Parents can write either their mobile number or seat location on the back of the wristband. If their child gets lost the venue can call or locate parents quickly. This is a free service and parents of small
children are encouraged to get a wristband fortheir child.
Lost Property
If you have lost an item while at the MCG, please contact MCG Security on () and describe the missing item in detail. A search of the lost property area will be conducted on your behalf. Items found at a match on a weekend by cleaning staff may not be handed in to lost property until the following Monday.
Smoking Smoking is now banned in all parts of the ground on both event and non-event days. This includes all outdoor seating areas, internal roadways and terraces. In accordance with MCG regulations patrons may be asked to leave the ground if they ignore the ban.

WHAT CAN I BRING IN?
Restricted Items Umbrella Policy
Patrons are not permitted to open umbrellas anywhere within the viewing areas of the MCG whilst there is activity on the arena.
This policy has been introduced to ensure that all patrons have an unobstructed view of the arena and will be enforced at all events, regardless of the crowd size.
Chair Policy Chairs/stools are not permitted into the MCG.
Prams and Strollers are permitted within the stadium. They can be placed in seating areas if they can be folded and placed under the seats or away from the seating as long as they do not present a safety hazard to customers. If they cannot be folded they can be stored at the Customer Service Office at M or the Stadium Management Centre on level
B, adjacent to the Bill Lawry Indoor Cricket Centre. Prams can also be placed in wheelchair accessible bays as long as the bays have not been pre-sold as reserved seats and space is still available for patrons with disability.
Flag Policy
Flags with a handle in excess of . metres will not be permitted into the MCG.
Instrument Policy
All musical instruments are Prohibited items at ICC
Cricket World Cup matches played at Australian venues.

> Cans/glass
> Chairs/stools
> Audio recording equipment / video cameras
> Any large article that cannot be placed under a seat
> Any device that in the opinion of management has the potential to cause injury or public nuisance

TICKET INFORMATION Ticket Scalping Warning
The ICC Cricket World Cup matches are declared major events under the Major Sporting Events Act (Vic).
Accessible Seating/Disabled Access
Where a patron is unable to attend a match alone, companions will be provided with a complimentary ticket subject to availability. To be eligible, a valid companion card or medical certificate may be requested at the time of purchase and also upon entry to the venue. Ticketing Issues on the Day If you have any issues on the day, please go to the Box Office. The MCG has several exterior ticket box offices located at each public gate entry.
RECOMMENDED VENUE ENTRY GATES There are several different public entry points located around the venue. It is recommended that you enter through the gate entry point as indicated on your ticket. The gate entry point on your ticket helps direct you to your seat.
Screening Process
The Ticket Holder may be searched (including a search of the Ticket Holder’s bags, clothes and other possessions) by stadium staff prior to entry into or at any time within the venue for the purpose of monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Conditions (including locating and removing any Prohibited Items).

Should the Ticket Holder refuse to be searched the Ticket Holder may be refused admission to and/or ejected from the venue without refund or compensation. Prohibited Items may be removed, confiscated and/or destroyed at the discretion of Stadium Management and without obligation to return such items to the Ticket Holder or to compensate the Ticket Holder in respect thereof.
Security cameras operate at each stadium and patrons may be filmed.
Pass-Out Policy
Patrons are permitted to leave and re-enter the match. However they will need to have their ticket barcode scanned prior to exiting the stadium and
have it re-scanned upon entry back into the ground.Those wishing to re-enter will be subject to further patron screening.
SEATING AREAS
Member Areas
MCC Members Reserve will operate under different conditions during the Cricket World Cup ; they will be considered general public spaces for all matches of the tournament.
Please be aware that during the ICC Cricket World Cup the MCC Pavilion will not be operating as it traditionally does for cricket as a member’s only area. Following the expiry of the venue members’ offer, tickets to MCC Pavilion are now available to the general public for purchase until the al location is exhausted. As these areas are not exclusive member areas for the ICC Cricket World Cup all patrons must have a valid match ticket, all areas are designated as reserved seating, and serving of alcohol will follow the same protocols as general public areas of each
ground. All patrons purchasing tickets in this area are encouraged to respect the history and facilities of these traditional member’s areas.
Reserved Seating
A reserved seat is a specific seat that a patron has been allocated for the match. All seats at the MCG are reserved seats.
General Admission
General Admission is a ticket type used to describe a grass embankment or a standing ticket in a designated area rather than given a specific seat.
The MCG has standing room areas but this may not be sold for ICC Cricket World Cup .

VENUE OVERVIEW The Western Australian Cricket Association (WACA) Ground was officially opened in with the first match played on the turf wickets in February .
The ground has a significant place in the social and cultural history of Perth and has hosted a range of sports and events.
The WACA Museum housed on-site displays the history of cricket and other sports played at this famous ground. Tours are conducted twice daily, taking in the ground and Museum collection.
