ICAPICAP
What is ICAP? The Central American Institute for Public Administration, ICAP, is an intergovernmental international organization, in the service of the Central American region. Created for the Central America integration system in 50s.
Its primary purposes are: a) to develop human resources in the
government sector in the region; b) to work with member governments in the
study and implementation of reforms to modernize public administrations and,
c) to support the process of Central American integration.

Masters Degree Program: Management of Health and Social Management; Public Management; Management in Development Projects; Quality Management in Public Services.Training.Consulting.Research. Information and dissemination.

ICAP's members are: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama and Dominican Republic, as an observer member.
The ICAP maintains a close link with all the Central American governments through the training, consultancy, research and information-dissemination on the development of human resources in public administration, government and Central American integration.
