Board member, International Group General Manager and US President for Swank International (HKSE listed), an international eyewear manufacturer and distributor where he was a member of the senior executive team in completing its IPO in HK, led a global M&A program covering 8 countries and a successful restructuring of the US operations based in the US. Independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of Audit Committee of Hanfeng Evergreen Inc. (TSX listed), a fertilizer producer and marketer in China where he led a major restructuring of the Company with proper financial reporting and governance which led to a divestiture of all of its operating assets in China.
