Introduction

ISD’s Attendance and sales reporting system is designed to automate the process of DTH sales In-shop Demonstrator’s attendance and their respective sales.

IASR captures the ISD’s attendance though an SMS by their registered mobile Nos. in Airtel. These registered nos. are called SOS Code/ LAPU No. These same nos. are used by ISD/retailer for registering/activating their DTH customers accounts.

Every ISD must have a unique SOS/LAPU no. (mobile no.) for activation of their Customer’s DTH connection, on the basis of activation their sale is registered into the Airtel internal system. IASR gets daily sales report from Airtel only on the basis of SOS / LAPU no.

Different types of sales report can be viewed e.g. Circle/Zone/Territory/ISD wise. Detailed format are explained further.

Login with your credential provided by Kou-Chan.

Please ensure to provide your correct SOS code/LAPU no. to mark your

attendance as well as your sales.

Each hierarchy has different logins and authorities to use the system. The top

on the hierarchy has maximum permissions and can view all reports of the

down in the hierarchy.

How to register your attendance?

TYPE an SMS

ATT “EMPLOYEE CODE” Y OR att “employee code” y

Example : ATT 1234 Y OR att 1234 y& send it to 09282244464 only through your registered SOS/LAPU No. and between 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Attendance approval by TSM & Sales Head

The IASR System has two level of approval for attendance.

I - First approval by Territory sales manager.Every 1st working day of a month all TSM will receive automated Email from IASR System for last month’s attendance approval of the ISD’s of their territory. TSM has to validate the attendance by login into the system with their credentials and validate the attendance. TSM have the utility to change the no. of days of their marked attendance.

The attendance is required to be approved within 24hrs. of auto email sent by the system, else it will get auto approved for all the ISD under the respective territory by the system itself. Once the attendance is validated by the TSM, then it will go through email to their respective - reporting sales head for final approval.

II – Final approval is done by sales head of the respective Zone/territory/circle. Sales head will also have to login with their credentials provided by Kou-Chan. If the approval is not done with in 24hrs. of email, it will get automatically approved by the system. And salary processing of ISD’s will start by payroll team.
