Object ives of the Work ing Group
- The ultimate objective is to ATTRACT more of the right people
to the nuclear workforce, optimise RECRUITment practices,
enhance TRAINing and DEVELOPment of the workforce and
RETAIN talent in the global nuclear industry
- To share information, insights and opinions related to the attraction,
recruitment, development and retention of people within the global nuclear
workforce
- To create a forum where members can ask each other questions, either
publically through the group website or privately through personal contact

Object ives of the Work ing Group
- To help people with similar objectives in this field to
connect with each other
- To stimulate cooperation and joint working initiatives, thus reducing the
amount of duplication in efforts and unnecessary repetition of learning curves
in different countries and organisations
- To support nuclear newcomer countries by providing support and
information from developed nuclear countries
