The!data!from!the!Entrepreneurship!Projects!(Direct!#1)!indicates!that!the!extra!tutorial!help!we!gave!this!year!had!the!intended!effect.!All!students!earned!a!B!or!better!in!their!business!plans.!The!new!faculty!member!teaching!the!Entrepreneurship!courses!was!able!to!successfully!coach!students!on!their!fast!pitch,!so!that!all!students!received!high!marks!from!three!external!and!three!internal!judges.!This!information!combined!with!the!indirect!measures!Placement!data!(Indirect!#1)!and!Exit!survey!(Indirect!#2)!confirms!our!sense!that!the!program!is!meeting!its!targets.!We!are!excited!about!the!success!of!this!year’s!program!and!we!hope!to!continue!that!success!this!year.!

On the written reports about the simulation, 8 of the 9 teams (89%) scored B or better.&G2.'Research.'&All 7 of 9 teams (78%) scored B or better in their use and analysis of data from the simulation.'G3.'Leadership'and'Teamwork.'&In their written paper reflections, 8 of 9 teams (89%) expressed significant insights and development of team behaviors during the simulation. 'G4.'Personal'development.'The written reports required students to acknowledge their mistakes and their lessons learned. These are graded by the faculty on their completeness and on the quality of their analysis. 7 of 9 team reports (78%) addressed this issue and were graded B or better on this dimension. One team overlooked this requirement for their paper. In follow-up discussion with the team, they acknowledged that they had significant learning from early round mistakes and were able to correct their path of decision-making.&'A1.'General'management'knowledge.&The written reports revealed students’ ability to identify key performance indicators for their firm, describe the team’s strategy and tactics, their identification and analysis of data, and their interpretations of their results. 7 of 9 teams (78%) demonstrated this ability at the level of B or better.&'

D4! Mock'Job'Interview.'15!AccMBA!students!took!the!Mock!Interviews!in!August!2015!or!March!2016.!Five!interviewers!evaluated!them!on!8!attributes!using!a!grade&point!scale.&

D5! Professional'Exam'Preparation'and'Certification'Results&G5.'Professional'advancement.'Of!the 28 registrations for the CMA prep courses, 22!(78.57%) earned grades of “B” or higher. Those who did not earn B or higher grades reported heavy work schedules as a contributing factor for the academic performance. Of the 59 registrations for CPA Prep courses, 57 (96%) earned grades of “B” or higher. Combining the results on CMA and CPA exams, the weighted average is 90%. Thus, criteria is met. !G5.'Professional'advancement.'In!2015&2016,!only!two!students!took!XBRL!training!for!professional!certification.!Both!passed!the!XBRL!certification!exam!in!their!first!attempt.!This!is!a!very!satisfactory!result.!'A2.'US'accounting.'Of!the 13 AccMBA students graduating in 2015-16, 13!reported!their!performance!on!CPA!or!CMA!exams.!!Eight!people!out!of!13!(61.54%) passed all parts of the CPA exam or CMA exam. This result falls somewhat below the desired result of 70%.!
