To whom it may concern,

I write this letter with the intention of showing my total disagreement with the new local government plan.That plan includes that the public beach "Matalascaas" will be sold to the famousbusinessman "Condemor".

This businessman is well known for its scandals of real estate speculation. And in internet forums it is said that the intention of Condemor is to build a luxury hotel on the site where once stood the beach.

I have told the situation to various environmental organizations. My intention is all the neighbors know the dark plans.

In order to avoid any conflict.I suggest to build this hotel at an alternative location in which to not bother any neighbors.

I suggest to build this hotel in the desert of Almeria.
