• Open flames like candles or fireplaces

• Liquids like coffee or hot chocolate

How many of you use microwaves to cook your food?

• Food can get very hot

• Make sure you cool your food before eating or drinking

Remember that matches and lighters can burn you. Do not

play with them.

Hot water can cause very serious burns.

• Never play with water faucets

• Mom or dad should run your bath water or showers

• Stay away from hot liquids
