Rev Howard is a race wan and believes in Negro enterprises He is infavor of the home mission schoolsfrom which he received so much helpas a youth He believes in the Negropress and the Negro pulpit and theofficers and members of his churchconcur with his views and cooperatewith him in every way He supportstwentyfive race papers and is a stockholder in several publications
