Inadvertently/erroneously the MCGM

shifted D.P.Road alignment to the western

side which was given to MCGM on request

letter dtd.2 jun 10, 4 Nov 10 & 02/09 Feb

2011 for temporary road, now it was

passing through plot and thereby dividing

our property and making us impossible to

develop our property CTS No.2937 & 2940.

Request letter annexed herewith. My

objection to Development Plan-2034.

1) Correction to alignment of 18.30m DP

Road is made as per approved realignment

u/no. TPB/432001/1673/CR-228/2001/UD-

11 dt.30.8.2003 and acquisition already

done u/no LAQ/SR/247

1) The request is accepted, as number of

reservations of ROS or Open Spaces are

proposed in this Layout also the said

reservation was not in SRDP

1991.Hence,ROS 1.4 on CST 1347 is

deleted. However, the part portion of the

reservation which was in the SRDP 1991

and shown as P.G. be retained as ROS 1.4

2) DO 2.1 is deleted and the same is

shown as LIC Office as a Text.

3) The portion of reservation placed on the

existing chawls is deleted and the

remaining portion abutting to the road in line

with the DE 1.2 kept as a reserved land.

4) The portion which is shown as reserved

for RE 1.2 changed to RMS 1.2 since there

is existing St. Lawrence School on the

adjacent plot.

5) Sub-Station requirement can be met at

the time of development of the entire layout

and hence, reservation of RPU5.2 deleted

since it is not in a SRDP 1991

6) The alignment of the road corrected as

per existing alignment and the necessary

widening shown on the northern side of the

existing road.
