All delegates are kindly advised to wear a name tag at all meetings and other official events.

All meetings and the Opening session will be held at the Committee room of the National Assembly.

SERVICES ON REQUEST Clerical services such as making copies or typing will be provided by the Deputy Librarian of the National Assembly Library. (Tel: 814031/2354).

TRANSPORTATION Shuttle services will be provided to the delegates for all official activities.

TELEPHONE, TELEX, FAX AND LAUNDRY SERVICES

Overseas calls, long distance calls, telex, facsimile services are available through hotel at the expense of the users.
