DB Admin Financial Export Enforce one export per database per
day Database Functions Provide users with a friendly message when
attempting to do functions that require a database to be attached
(i.e., you must first have a database attached before adding users)
ROSS Import A 14 character incident number will import correctly
After notification of a Too long resource name, the default name
will remain for the user to edit vs. re- typing the name
Slide 18

qualification will occur on Save Qual event not Save resource event
Ability to delete incorrectly added qualification Add/Edit

to Checked-in (will perform similar to the group status change in
Demob) After editing a subordinate resource, selecting the parent
record in the grid will correctly display the parent record in edit
mode Reports Removed the status Unfilled as a filter option New
crew roster report

update from the subordinate correctly. Changes to subordinate
record (check-in/assign date)will recalculate the rollup cost when
appropriate.
Slide 31

to improve processes that may be timing out. Subordinate resources
from a ROSS import will import correctly to a Parent record with a
status of "P". Phone and Address information will combine correctly
during the Merge process.
Slide 32

will no longer overwrite existing release date for subordinate
resources. Demob City Name will no longer allow typing more data
than the database field limit. Changing a person record to a
non-person record will no longer leave an orphan record in the
person's table. The sort criteria for Name and Request Number are
now available in Plans Reports.

Time Corrected tab order on Persons Post screen to prevent
another resource from inadvertently being selected. Persons Address
field 1 and 2 will no longer allow typing more data than the
