i pini: vegan agriturismo in Tuscany celebrates

its opening after renovation

Darmstadt, Mai 14th 2018 *** On May 12th 2018, the vegan agriturismo i pinicelebrated its reopening after renovation, providing a new natural dining room as wellas refurbished rooms and suites made of natural materials such as lime, clay, hempand terracotta. For decades the agrivilla i pini had been used for the cultivation oforganic wine and olive oil. In 2004, the country residence with 11 rooms wastransformed into an agriturismo. Last winter, the second renovation took place

according to the Biotique philosophy: sustainable, organic, regional, seasonal andhandmade.

Unique, individual, regionalBoth the used materials and the companies involved in the renovation were regionallysourced. In accordance with i pini’s philosophy of sustainability, recycled materialswere used and the renovation works also included the restoration of furniture fromthe 16th and 17th centuries. Thus, every piece of furniture and room is unique. Thehandmade locks and doors from oak wood, the linen textiles, towels and bed linen areall made in the region. Moreover, fair-trade and organic quality are standard.
