The 2018-19 Select Client Sports Form & Contract

(Same as 2017-18 STILL OFFERING DIGITAL IMAGES!!!) But can print your digital images.

Only taking just so many clients in 2018-19!

The 2018-19 Sports Select Client Plan is $508.25 for one client and one sport (includes taxes) up front before I start. This includes a $75 sitting fee for one client per sport and a payment of $400

for all digitals. (Note: I only charge the all digitals $400 per family. Call me if you are not sure

how this works. The number of images you may receive is based on the amount your athlete plays. The amount can range from 50 to as high as 1000+ photos. Last year I took in around 30 clients and I

took +- 58,615 images. Yes, 58,615, that’s a lot of hours behind a computer, and like I said above it takes time to do things right! The average client received about 300 edited digital photos. Please

remember if your son or daughter does not play a lot during an event or season I may not be able to

shoot this amount. This this year I will write all edited photos to a thumb drive at the end of your event in high resolution for printing. If you have more than one athlete go ahead and fill out their

information. Depending on number of clients and sports I may offer a discount if their events are at the same event or events. Example: Baskeball, all games normally played together.

If after your event or events I have not acquired sufficient photos, I will return to another event if

possible. In most cases I will be at more than one event if possible. Please note, I may not be able to

photograph all school events so it’s based on a first come basis and game schedules.

If you want prints too: There are many ways to order, but the simplest way is to write down the last

5 to 8 numbers of each photo on paper, take a photo with your phone and text or email it to me. I can

send you a price list if you are interested.

I will only photograph clients that have contacted me prior to a game with your athlete’s info, and fees paid! No form No payment No deal……need both

Please don’t delay and ask me later in the middle of the season or during a game, as I will be busy photographing clients who have signed my contract and paid all fees. Remember, I

may only come to 1 or 2 events, so asking me in the middle or the end of the season might

be too late.
