This College will close for summer vacation on 22th April 201 5, and reopen on Z1th June 2015.Boarders have to return on June 2lrt 2015.

The College _undertakes to reserve seats as well escort parties of students going by rail from/to

Mumbai, Delhi, Guwahati, Jodhpur, Jaipur, Bilaspur, Howrah, patna, satna, a-g.u, ahmedabadand Lucknow. We shall reserve accommodation in II/III AC/ Sleepe. fo. ortivaid and returnjourney. Reservations for those children who will disembark / join the pnty atthe intermediarystations shall also be done.

Dispatch and receipt of students in a safe and secure manner is extremely important.To ensure that reservations are completed in time and students picked up by authorized person,the procedure for dispatch and receipt of students has been streamlined.

students. After 20tr February 2015 no name shall be considered for reservation since itwill not be possible to get tickets in close proximity of each other to the escorts.

Students will only be dispatched from school premises after receipt of a signed copy ofconsent form (copy attached) by registered post.

Children will travel only in school uniform.

Students will be handed over to parents or persons nominated for pick-up by parentsafter showing proof of their identity to the escort.

Following needs to be endorsed clearly in the consent form:(i) All contact number of parents.

(ii) Name, contact number and age of person nominated to pick up student. a.'In case there is nobody to receive the student at the station, the escort shall take thechild with him to the last point of journey. It will be the responsibility of parents tocollect the child.

5. In case a child withdraws after submission of consent form, cancellation and escort charges shallbe chargeable to parents.

6. Please fill the enclosed 'Consent form' and return it to us latest by 20th February 2015. In caseyou are making your own arrangement, please do inform us about it.

7. However please forward your consent by SMS to llouse Master/Ilouse Mistress at theearliest.
