AAES seeks to enable and enhance the accessibility to and negotiation of the telecommunications arena for persons with disabilities.

FCC TestingFCC TestingiNARTE is authorized by the Federal
Communications Commission to administer FCC Commercial License Examinations.
These examinations are offered through iNARTE’s authorized Testing Centers at over 170 locations nationwide and at military education offices (DANTES) worldwide.
