Dear Mr. Angell:
Enclosed is the Department of Health's approval for a tubular wellfield, pumping station, and 100,000 gallon elevated storage tank to serve the proposed Nasonville Water District, Burrillville, RhodeIsland.
Please contact this office at 277-6867 prior to placing the wells into service so that water quality samples can be obtained. The 100,000 gallon storage tank must also be properly disinfected and sampled prior to being placed into the system. Samples must be analyzed by a certified laboratory, and a copy of the results must be forwarded to this office.

On June 7, 1988, the Rhode Island Water Resources Board gave final consideration of your application •to take lands for a new source of water supply and for the utilization of such supply in and for the Masonville Water District• in accordance with Title 46, Chapter 15, Section 7 of the General Laws of Rhode Island as amended. The Board on said date unanimously approved your application under the condition that your agency strongly consider the followingrecommendations:
1. the radius of protection for the pumping source be extended b yond a 200 foot radius through negotiation of land use performance standards with appropriate authorities and property owners. The Planning Division of the Department of Administration has initiated some discussion in this regard and asks that you coordinat your initiativ swith theirs,
