Kindly find attached a list of training institutes alld the list of courses which

they have not conducted for more than a year. The dates from which the courses

are not uploaded are also mentioned in the list.

Attention is invited to Section 5. 1 of DGS Order No'S of 2016 dated

1.1 1.2016 which is reproduced below:

QUOTE:

"Where, after the approual of the DGS, no post-sea competencA or modular orsimulator course is conducted for a aear or more, the DGS approual shall be deemed

to haue automatically lopsed by defautt. This is necessary since the facultg ruouldnot normally be retained/ utilized and the equipment might haue deteiorated dunngthis peiod. The approuol mag be reuiued by subsequent inspection on requestreceiued from the institute and after payment of processing fees."

UNQUOTE:

In view of the above, it is hereby notified that the courses mentioned agarnst

each of the training institutes stand automatically withdrawn with immediate

effect. If any institute desires to conduct any of the DGS

may apply afresh, if they so desire.
