"cannabis oil" means an oil, in liquid form at r(xlmtemperature of 22 * 2"{-1., that contains callnabis in itsnatural fonn;

"cannabis plant" inclr"rdes the rvhole or anli g-rrtion' lvhcthergreen ortlrS, of any plant of the genus cannabis alstknon'n as "lntliern hemp", bhang, camba, dagga, mbanje*r intsangu, hut excludes * -

4. ( l)An application furthe issue of a licence in temrs of -<ectrirn2? of the Act shall be made to the N{inister, in duplicate and shall bt,

accompanied by-(a) the appmrpriate fee;

(b) three copies ol'a plan of the site proposed to tre licenscdwhich shall comply with the requirement specitied rnthese regglations;

(c) in the case of an individual, proof of citizenship or prtxrfof beingordinarilyresident inZimbabrve or proof of anexemption by the N{inister;

(d) in the case of a company, proof of citizenship or prurfof being ordinarily resident in Zirnbabrve of the majoritlof directors orproof of anexemption by the N{inister andpruof of inccrporation in Zimbabrve of the compan\:and

(e) a declaration, signed and dated by the proposedauthorised person in charge, stating that the prt'rposedauthorised perscln in charge. the proposed rcsponsible

(2) A licensed producer ma,v de signate one or mrlre altemate:

{S) the elfective date of the licence;

(h) lhe expiry clate ol tlre licence;

(i) any conclitions that the licence holclcr shall meet in order{o-*

ti) complv u'ith any international obligations andany other obligations that may be inrp*sed by theIttinister fronr time to tinre;

(ii) provide the security level referred to in paragraph(il;
