Pursuant to the Roselle Park Public Notice for the Solicitation of Professional Services for the Period of January I, 2016 through December 31, 2016, I am fonvarding my application for your consideration for the position of Municipal Prosecutor of Roselle Park to the Roselle Park Municipal Clerk.

Pursuant to the specifications for this position please be advised that I will be the only individual who will be providing legal services from my firm for the position of Roselle Park Municipal Prosecutor. I have attached a copy of my resume for your review.

I successfully passed the February 2002, New Jersey Bar Exam and have been licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, the United States Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Court of Military Appeals. I graduated from Widener University School of Law in May 2001, in the top 20% ofmy class with cum laude honors. In 1997, I graduated from Montclair State University with cum laude honors.

Currently, I am an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Triarsi, Betancourt, Wukovits, & Dugan, LLC. From September 2001 to August 2002, I was a law clerk for the Honorable James C. Heimlich, J.S.C. and the Honorable Stuart Peim, J.S.C. of the New Jersey Superior Court. In addition, I was a judicial extern for the Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court, E. Norman My duties as a law clerk included working on various motions for the New Jersey Superior Court and preparing memorandums for the Court explaining the law and applying the facts of the case to the law. In addition, since all New law clerks are required to participate in court mediation, I resolved disputes between individuals which have Court and the involved time and resources.

I am Roselle Park Municipal Prosecutor from 15. In that capacity, I numerous criminal, and borough cases involving Roselle Park and Union County Police Officers, Borough Code Enforcement Officers, ASPCA Officers and Board Health Officials. During time I have successfully handled thousands of matters and have conducted hundreds of trials, which included traffic violations, driving while intoxicated (DWI), matters, and various criminal violations. I have a

good relationship with the Park Police Department, the Roselle Park Code Enforcement Officer, the Union County Police Department, ASPCA Officers, and the Board of Health Officials.

In regards to salary, I would submit that due to the case load a salary of $15,000.00 would be fair and reasonable; however, I would agree to provide this service as part of my salary of Borough Attorney.

I am currently employed with Triarsi, Betancourt, & Wukovits, which is located at 186 North Avenue, East, Cranford, New Jersey. No principal of the firm nor the firm itself has been convicted of a crime within the last five (5) years. Moreover, no principal of the firm nor the firm itself has received a target letter from any grand jury.
