Disclosure of Accounting Policies:a) Accounting Policies:

The institute has followed Accrual system of accounting during the period underaudit, which is followed consistently since previous year.

b) Fixed assets:Depreciation is provided on Written down value on the value in books as on01.04.2018,as per the rates prescribed by the Shikshan Shulka Samiti.

c) Current Assets, Loans & Advances:These are accounted at cost & it is informed that these will be realized at thevalue stated in financial statement.

d) Unsecured Loans:It is informed that while shortage of Funds, Institute has borrowed fund from theTrust by way account payee cross cheque.

Notes to Accounts:1) The balances of Loans, Advances, Deposits etc., are subject to confirmation. It is

Wormed to us that all balances are correct.

2) It is stated that no personal expenses are debited to income and expenditureaccount but the same could not be verified in absence of record maintained by theinstitute.

3) Wherever external proof or evidence does not support vouchers, in some of thecases self made vouchers are made available for verification. The concernedpersons in the matter orally provided the explanations & information.

Audit remarks/ Observations for the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019.

We have audited the attached Balance Sheet of 'S.N.G.INSTITUTE OFMA'NAGEMENT AND RESEARCH' Rajgurunagar (Jaidwadi) as on 31st March,2019, Income and Expenditure Account and Receipt and payment Account annexedthereto for the year ended on that date. These financial statements are theresponsibility of the Institute management. Our responsibility is to express ouropinion on these financial statements based on our audit.

We have conducted our audit in accordance with auditing standards generallyaccepted in India. Those standards require that we plan and perform the audit toobtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free ofmaterial misstatements. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidencesupporting the amounts and disclosure in the financial statements. An auditincludes assessing the accounting principles used and significant estimates made bymanagement, as well as evaluating the overall financial statement presentation. Webelieve that our audit provide a reasonable basis for our opinion.

General Remarks:-

1. The Institute has not insured any Fixed Assets belongs to Institute.

3. The Institute has not maintained the log book for the purpose of the usage of thebus (on the basis of km travelled and purpose). We recommend you to maintain thelog book for bus (in km travelled) & generator (Ius operated) so as to ascertain the~orrectness of expenses.

4. Income (Fees) for some previous years which is received in the FY 2018-19 is accounted inthe audited FY2018-19.

5. It is observed that on few occasions high cash balances are maintained. It issuggested to fix Cash retention limit and maintain the cash balance under Cashretention limit.
