Our  First  Ques0on  

If  the  Holy  Spirit  is  God,  and  He’s  the  3rd  PERSON  of  the  Trinity,      

“Why  don’t  we  know  more  about  Him?”    

“Did  you  receive  the  Holy  Spirit  when  you  believed?”  …  they  said,  “No,  we  have  not  even  heard  that  there  is  a  Holy  Spirit.”

I.  Who  Is  the  Holy  Spirit?  

A.   The  Holy  Spirit  Is  a  Person  – Holy  Spirit  has  a  mind  (Romans  8:27),  – He  speaks  (Acts  13:2),    – He  commands  (Acts  8:29),    – He  has  a  will  (I  Corinthians  12:11).    – Ephesians  4:30  says,  “Do  not  grieve  the  Holy  Spirit.”    

B.   The  Holy  Spirit  is  God  

The  work  of  the  Trinity:    

•  God  the  Father  is  the  Source  of  all  things.  •  God  the  Son  is  the  Channel  of  all  things.  •  God  the  Spirit  is  the  Agent  of  all  things.
