New Features Available with UpgradeThe new features and functionality introduced in Version 19 mostly affect the Business Process forms. The user interface has changed; and the functionality for sending a record along the workflow has been modified. The purpose of this document is to introduce you to the key changes that are introduced in Version 19.

Record Form LayoutHighlights:
1. New color scheme
and relationship
from label to field
Field Labels are
above where data
is entered for that
field.
2. Tab Structure for
Upper form and
Detail form.

finding Attachments

entering data in
required fields and
“Errors and Warnings”
Window will appear.
Fields related to the
errors and warnings will
be clearly highlighted.
As you take action on fields, the errors and
warnings indicator disappears.

possible matches will begin to show.

Opening a Cost Sheet: Cost Sheet now
opens in the same window instead of
opening in a new Window.
Column Sorting: Use the
arrows next to each column
header to sort columns.

View: Allows users to create a personal ‘view’.
Select the columns that are most meaningful to
you. Or build a view that filters on, or is
grouped by specific cost codes.
Print: Users can now print the cost sheet to
CSV or Excel
Find on Page: Users can quickly locate a Cost
Code through this function.

Sending Records in WorkflowAccepting a Task is
now done here.
When ready to move a
record to the next step,
click “Send”. Not ready
to send record, but
want to save your
work, click “Save”.

Sending Records in WorkflowAfter clicking “Send”,
you will then select the
desired Workflow
Action.
After selecting the
Workflow action, the
recipients (“To”) and
next step (“Send For”),
along with “Due Date
Details” (if applicable)
will populate.

Sending Records in WorkflowWhen sending a record to the next step, sometimes you have to select a user.
1. Click on the icon to see a full list of eligible users that can receive the record.
2. Begin typing the name of the desired recipient and possible matches will
appear.
