This Addendum No. 1 dated August 19, 2014 is issued to clarify, modify or amend items inthe Invitation for Negotiated Procurement for the above project. his shall form an integralpart of the Bid Documents.

ISSUE CLARIfICATION IAlV1ENDMENTSA. The following eligibility and technical

(f) Omnibus Sworn Statement(Annex E); and

(g) Authority of the Signatory.
