Where all are Welcome… In His Place...

Please go to our website at www.annunciationparish.org to stay up to date on all of the daily information that seems to be coming in at this time. The Church and The Parish Office are

closed until further notice. I will be working from home and answering phone calls as needed. This is a trying time for us all. Keep everyone in your prayers and listen to

authorities so we can get through this sooner rather than later.

FILL US Open wide the windows of our spirits and fill us full of light; open wide the door of our hearts, that we may

receive and entertain Thee with all our powers of adoration. —Christina Rossetti

With all the food allergies that are in our environment today there are sometimes people who are allergic to gluten. We now provide a low gluten host to those individuals. It contains less than .001% gluten and is

approved for use by the Vatican. You must speak to Father Bill to let him know that you need low gluten host and it will be made available to you.

Thank you for your generous donations of food that we all make to the food pantry. We collected numerous items last weekend. Times are hard for a lot of families. Thank you for your continued support of this ministry. The item of need

for March is 48 cans/jars of spaghetti sauce.

If you need to schedule a baptism, please enroll in the next class that is being held at the Parish office. The class will be April 26th @ 9:45 am. Please call the Parish office to register. (252)447-2112.

The Knights Corner

NORMALCY

In light of the reactions to the coronavirus concerns our Supreme Headquarters has

cancelled all Knights of Columbus meetings and programs for the near future. However, that does

not prevent us from gathering as Catholic Christians to pray, and participate in the life of

the Church. Eventually, normalcy will return and we can get back to our mission.

The Knights of Columbus Council 6648 invites all

Catholic men over 17 to join us in serving our families, our parish, our Church, our God. Forms are available in the back of the Church or just ask one of

our Knights wearing our red or blue name tags. On-line registration is also available. For more infor-

mation go to KofC.ORG/joinus.

Catholic Daughters of America Socks –n- Undies Program Annunciation CDA is collecting new socks, undies, PJs and jackets for school-age children in our local community who are in need of basic necessities. Your donations are greatly appreciated and can be dropped in the box in back of the church. For more information, contact any member of our CDA. Thank you!

If you are attending Annunciation and are not registered with the Parish as a member, we have no idea if you are a participating Catholic or not, so please register and if you can not afford to give monetarily please put a blank visitors envelope in the

offertory so that we know you are attending. Also for all of you who pay by cash we really appreciate it but if you would put it in an envelope we could track that you are attending as well. It is important when it comes to all the Sacraments. We can not say you are active if we do not know. Thank you…

All Penance Services are cancelled. Father Bill will do reconciliation on Saturday from 4-5 pm

THE LAZARUS MINSTRY NEEDS HELP!!
