Hyperflex’s VooDoo brings major advancements in cold water wetsuit technology. Highlighting VooDoo is the AtomicFoam Super-Stretch Neoprene, which we internally-lined with our AQ6 thermal fabric. Additionally, the Chest/Back is equipped with our new ThermalCore+ insulation panels. Other features include our Cocoon Entry Point & Closure System design and glued & blind stitched seams sealed with our FusionWeld liquid tape. Simply put, VooDoo™ increases warmth without increasing thickness, allowing you to surf lighter, longer, and warmer.

ATOMIC FOAM NEOPRENE Infused with a higher count of molecular air cells achieving a warmer insulation rating for the same thickness and weight.

FUSION WELD SEALED SEAMS Applied as a liquid which penetrates seams and fibers forming a molecular bond preventing water exchange and increases seam strength and durability.

AQ6 FLEECE LINING Super-soft, quick drying fleece interior, lining 90% of the suit which increases warmth, comfort and, allows for maximum stretch.

The Access series continues to be an exceptionally well-priced wetsuit line for the entry-level surfer. Access offers oversized mesh-skin chest and back panels which increase the wind/water repellency and insulation factor in the core vital areas. It also features a reliable corrosion resistant stainless steel zipper slider with a comfortable adjustable collar. We constructed Access with a low-profile flatlock seam for maximum durability and strength. Knees are also reinforced with a Duratex outer lining for improved longevity and protection. Access offers dependable features, clean lines, graphics and a price point that cannot be beat.

All of these items can be worn alone or as part of a layering strategy which can help you to better manage your thermal retention in various water/air temperature situations. Consider wearing these items under a full wetsuit, as you may be able to extend your session or season with a single layering item, instead of a thicker wetsuit. Many of these products use multiple materials that are combined to deliver the best combination of comfort and performance. The Hyperflex “PLAYA” is a 2mm neoprene jacket. As the name “Playa” (Beach) suggests, it’s designed for use IN, OUT and AROUND the water. They Playa is in reality a neoprene “hoodie” sweatshirt. Oversized, soft and warm, the Playa features a fleece lining and neoprene skin exterior. The jacket features a front zip entry with two large and comfortable pockets, great for keeping your hands warm on cold, windy days. Both windproof and waterproof its oversized cut fits over wetsuits easily or may be worn alone. The PLAYA HZ (Harness Zipper) version comes with a mini front zipper to allow you to wear a kite harness underneath the jacket.
