From the eye-catching shapes on the cladding of high-rise buildings to the shiny surfaces of household
appliances, surface finish plays an important role in enhancing product appeal. In other applications, for
example in food processing, surface finish has a much more practical role of ensuring process hygiene &
therefore the safe arrival of food on the table.
Choosing the right surface finish can often involve consideration not only of the desired surface appearance,
but also other requirements such as corrosion resistance, hygiene & fabrication. The process of making &
choosing the right surface finish is an art based on science, & it is both in the art & the science that we excel in.
understand the need of cleanability & sterilibility in the Pharma / Biotech / Food / Dairy / Beverage
process & works to give total solutions for best surface finish & welding quality. To ensure complete drainability
in the system our products are manufactured to perfection with the help of best infrastructure & raw materials.
Our capabilities include:
Fully Automated European Tube Production Line with Inline Bright Annealing & Inline Eddy current
testing.
In house facility for Electro Polishing & Mechanical Polishing for both inside & outside tube surface.
are manufactured with Environmental Friendly Technology.
In House facility for inspecting inner surface of tubes with Boroscope Instruments.
Only facility in India providing surface finish & packaging of the final product in accordance of ASME
BPE guidelines.
We understand the need of surface finish for maximum sterility, our facility can give you the finish of
SF1 for mechanical polish & SF4 for electro polish. We will supply all the material with surface finish test
certificates.
When it comes to the stringent process of Biotech & Biopharmaceutical where the roughing is a major
constraint, we are able to give you DIN 1.4435 material which has low Ferrite & high Chromium, Nickel,
Molybedum which decreases the chances of roughing in the system.

To achieve the best orbital weld quality there is requirement of controlled Sulphur in Stainless steel as
normal SS316L is not good enough to give you best results. uses controlled Sulphur material
for all its products.
All our products are washed with DI water & capped on both sides before polythene packaging which
ensures that you will receive the tubes ready for orbital welding.
Our ERP software & Barcode System allows us to efficiently track various orders simultaneously. This
helps us in arranging the raw material & planning the production schedule well in advance to fulfil our
delivery commitments.
We promise ready stock – short lead time delivery with excellent quality & best service at competitive
pricing.
The first & foremost requirement in orbital welding is the facing of the tubes. All the tubes from
are mill faced & ready for orbital welding.
During orbital welding weld bead runs towards low sulphur content material

offers BioPharma Tubes that are
manufactured in compliance with the current ASME
BPE Standard.
The surface finish of piping & related components
can be a critical factor in their performance,
maintenance costs, & service life. Until recently,
specifying & measuring surface finish involved
varying degrees of speculation. In Pharma industry
the demand is for a process to achieve the best
surface. This can be achieved by ElectroPolishing.
Electropolishing is an electrolytic process (the
reverse of plating) combining electric current &
chemicals to remove metal. The peaks of burr, folds,
inclusion & other anomalies of a metal surface are
dissolved more quickly than valleys as a result of the
greater concentration of current over the
protuberances. This electrochemical action
produces a smooth surface measuring less than
0.2RA.
All BPE Tubes are individually capped & bagged in
clear 6 mil. poly bags. All products are labeled with a
bar code, product information & manufacturing date.
This provides the optimum identification & ensures
that the product arrives to the job site in a clean
orbital weld condition.
are designed to meet
customer demands for enhanced
hygienic components. These are
implemented in processing lines
throughout the Food & Beverage
Industry and are a safe & sure choice.
In pursuit of faster & more efficient
production, innovation is both a
business & a consumer obligation
resonating through the Food &
Beverage Industry. is
proud to be a leader in industrial
innovation, which is reflected in our
designs, production methods &
technologies.
The mechanical polishing process starts with the simultaneous deburring of both ends of a tube. To achieve the desired interior surface finish, an abrasive material, fitted onto a pneumatic polishing head, rotates within the tube for many cycles. Any interior residue is removed by blowing a clean wipe through the tube before visual inspection.
Various types of polishing operations are commonly used to reduce the surface roughness of stainless steel tubes used in fluid piping & related components. As the name implies, mechanical polishing involves the application of physical force on abrasive media to remove surface irregularities.

BS 4825 stainless steel sanitary tubes
BS-4825 – stainless steel tube for the food industry & other hygienic applications. BS is widely used throughout
the UK hygienic industries. It can be used on permanently installed pipelines but it is also designed for use
where systems are frequently dismantled. RJT – conforming to BS 4825 part 5 should be used in applications
where manual cleaning is employed. Particularly suited where lines are frequently dismantled due to their
robust construction & ease of alignment.
