Main Features1)Our stirring system of Reactor Unit is an agitating type

by rotating the reaction vessels which shall be installed in a heating device.

2)It is superior in the uniformity of the temperature inside during the synthesis reaction and in the detachment of the contents.

3)It is possible to perform multiple testing material using different of contents at one time (2 – 12 kinds of materials).

Hence, that is good for comparison experiment.

Tighten the 6 Setting Bolts evenly with a torque Wrench.

After setting up the reactor vessel, attach the set reactor vessel to the rotary drive shaft in the heater unit.

Turn on the switch on the right side of the heater unit, set the temperature (Note A, Program Settings) and set it to ON to begin the heating cycle.

Turn on the rotary drive and adjust the RPM speed. Normally, the speed should be 15~20rpm.
