Ultra High Purity Zero Nitrogen Generator

Parker Balston® Models HPN2 and UHPN2 Series Nitrogen Generators are completely

engineered to transform standard compressed air into 99.5% or 99.9995% nitrogen, exceeding

the specification of UHP cylinder gas. These systems can produce up to 14 lpm of UHP nitrogen

gas and up to 3.2 lpm of research grade purity nitrogen gas. Nitrogen is produced by utilizing a

combination of state-of-the-art purification technologies and high efficiency filtration.

Pressure swing adsorption removes O , CO and water vapor. A catalyst module 2 2

is incorporated in the UHPN2 Series to oxidize hydrocarbons from the inlet

air supply. High efficiency coalescing prefilters and 0.01 micron (absolute)

membrane filter is also incorporated into the design of the generators.

The Parker Balston UHPN2 and HPN2 Series Nitrogen Generators are

engineered and packaged in a small cabinet to fit on or under any

bench-top. The systems eliminate the need for costly, inconvenient high

pressure nitrogen cylinders.

The Parker Balston NitroFlow TG2 is a self-contained gas generator that produces up to 80 lpm

of pure LC/MS grade gases.

Designed for the AB Sciex 6500 series, zero air is produced at pressure above 110 psig for Gas1

and Gas2 needs. Nitrogen is produced at pressure above 80 psig for curtain cad gas and

exhaust dry air is produced at pressure above 80 psig.

The unique combination of a rotary scroll compressor and Parker high efficiency membranes

and purification system sensor that the NitroFlow TG2 has many operational advantages over

all other existing LC/MS gas generators. Rotary scroll compressors operate at low

temperatures, have less moving parts, are vibration-free and are significantly quieter than

piston compressors used by other gas generator manufacturers. The compressor in the

NitroFlow TG2 comes with a 3-year limited or 10,000 hour compressor warranty.

Laboratories employing LCMS instruments are expanding at a very high

rate. For many they are installing multiple LCMS instruments within an

area. The NITROFLOW60 can supply up to 3 instruments with LCMS grade

nitrogen. The NITROFLOW60D incorporates an air dehydration membrane

specifically for use with an Agilent instrument containing a chip cube

interface. This interface requires as much as 5 lpm of dry air.

The NITROFLOW60 supplies up to 60 slpm of LCMS grade nitrogen. The

design of this unit incorporates a high efficiency SmartFluxx membrane

and a “whisper quiet” scroll compressor.

The Parker Balston® LC/MS NitroFlow Lab is a self-contained membrane

MIDIGAS/MAXIGAS nitrogen gas generators produce nitrogen gas from compressed air and offer

a cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative to traditional nitrogen gas supplies such as cylinder

or liquid.

MIDIGAS/MAXIGAS provides an on-demand, continuous source of nitrogen gas which can be used

in a wide range of industries such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, laboratory, chemical, heat

treatment, electronics, transportation, oil and gas and laser cutting.

The 24/7 operation also removes the risk of gas running out and thus the loss of production time.

Nitrogen is produced at low pressure, eliminating safety hazards usually associated with high

pressure cylinder gas. Potential manual handling concerns are also removed.

PNEUDRI desiccant air dryers and OILX EVOLUTION coalescing filters which provide delivered air

quality in accordance with the quality classification 3.2.2 from ISO 8573-1:2001, the international

standard for compressed air quality.
