Kerwin holds the overall responsibility of ensuring that all projects are executed in accor-

dance to bids and as per scope of works. Budgets, forecasts, schedules, cash flows are all

developed thus ensuring that projects are delivered within budget, of the highest quality

and within schedule. With a keen knowledge for Hydro Tech’s operational requirements

gained through his 15 years with the company, Kerwin is also responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, efficient

project execution and cost effectiveness are all in balance for every activity.

The young Lynch recently joined Hydro Tech after graduating from Presentation

College. A certified NACE and scaffolding inspector, Trevor Jr. is currently pursuing

project management certification at the Arthur Lok Jack Business School. He cur-

rently functions in the operations department as well as TL Investment’s property

development and management division alongside the Chairman.

Having spent five years working in the finance department at Hydro Tech Limited. Ronelle

moved to the group’s prized resort, Queen’s Beach in 2007 where she currently holds

the position of General Manager. She has been instrumental in the transformation of the

resort charting the strategic direction of its operations. She has since lead the resort to its

current level of efficiency and unparalleled hospitality through the modernization of its operation and service offering.

Ronelle holds an ACCA Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business and is currently pursuing final certification

with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as she prepares for her return to Hydro Tech Limited.
