HD 250
The Bauer HD 250 hydraulic power pack is the economy model for specialist foundation engineering applications with low power requirements. It is, above all, characterized by a high level of cost-effectiveness, compact construction and low overall weight. It can be mounted in various positions on available mobile equipment, such as drilling rigs or crawler cranes.
The overall weight (including all consumables) is 4,200 kg. The center of gravity is located centrally between the exist-ing suspension points. Lashing lugs and fork-lift plates are fi tted as standard.

HD 250
Applications
Fitted with a closed hydraulic circuit, the HD 250 is designed for depth vibrator applications, in particular the Bauer TR 17 depth vibrator.
Fitted with an open hydraulic circuit, the HD 250 is suitable for powering the following consumers:
- Double rotary system DKS 50/100 (supplementary power supply)
- Hydraulic hammers Fambo HR 2000 to HR 8000
- Casing oscillators BV 1180 to BV 1300
Similar consumers with a hydraulic power output of around 130 kW, variable flow rate requirements of up to 250 l/min in a closed circuit or up to 380 l/min in an open circuit with operating pressures of up to 350 bar can also be operated after synchronization.

HD 470
The Bauer HD 470 is a hydraulic power pack of the mid-range performance class. As the follow-up model of the successful HD 460 it is suitable for multi-functional appli-cations in specialist foundation engineering. It is character-ized in particular by its low power-to-weight ratio, robust design and high level of cost-effectiveness. The favorable
routing of air-flow inside the power pack allows operation in warmer regions with closed doors. It can be mounted on available mobile machines, e.g. drilling rigs or crawler cranes, as a supplementary power supply, but it can also power consumers and equipment as a fully stand-alone unit.

HD 470
Applications
In its basic configuration, the HD 470 hydraulic power pack is designed as power unit for depth vibrators, in particular for the Bauer TR 75 depth vibrator.
Using this as a base, other consumers powered in multi-functional applications can be operated concurrently, such as:
- Double rotary system DKS 100/150 (as supplementary power supply)
- Hydraulic hammer Fambo HR 10000 (freely suspended)
- Casing oscillators BV 1500 to BV 2000 c/w casing clamp
- Bauer Fly Drill BFD 1500, BFD 2000, BFD 3500 (limited suitability)
Similar consumers with a hydraulic power output of around 200 kW, variable flow rate requirements of up to 640 l/min and operating pressures of up to 350 bar can also be operated after synchronization.

HD 1400
The Bauer HD 1400 hydraulic power pack is characterized by the high power output of its diesel engine and a very low sound power level. The possible uses for hydraulic applications in specialist foundation engineering are numerous. In particular, consumers and equipment which are usually powered by Bauer BG drilling rigs, MC duty-cycle cranes or RG piling rigs, can alternatively also be powered in optimal synchronization by the HD 1400.
The quiet operation, long service life and high level of serviceability, which were already much appreciated in its predecessor model, the HD 1200/2, have been bettered again. The favorable routing of air-flow inside the power pack allows operation in warmer regions with closed doors. The power pack can be mounted on available mobile machines, e.g. drilling rigs or crawler cranes, to boost the available hydraulic power.

HD 1400
Applications
In its basic configuration, the HD 1400 hydraulic power pack is designed for use with diaphragm wall cutter systems, in particular the Bauer BC 35 and BC 40 diaphragm wall cutters.
Using this as a base, other consumers powered in multifunctional applications can be operated concurrently, such as:
- Bauer Fly Drill BFD 3500 and larger
- Double rotary system DKS 150/300
- Bauer Subsea Drill BSD 3000
- Casing oscillators for casing diameters > 2500 mm
Similar consumers with a hydraulic power output of around 450 kW, variable flow rate requirements of up to 1,600 l/min and operating pressures of up to 350 bar can also be operated after synchronization.

For applications for which a supply of energy from the mains power supply is sensible, special power packs are available. Examples are:
HE 60
The HE 60 is a mobile workshop power pack for repair works and modifications. Especially in service and repair shops, a mobile supply of hydraulic pressure is frequently required for checking and adjusting diverse elements of mobile equipment, such as pressure relief valves, pump regulator, etc. The maximum available system pressure is 400 bar.
HE 90
The HE 90 hydraulic power pack has been specifically designed for clamping and breaking devices in the deep drilling technology. It is characterized by its robust and compact construction. Its rated power output is 45 kW. It can provide a maximum flow rate of 90 l/min and a maximum oil pressure of 350 bar.
HE 400
The electrically operated hydraulic power pack HE 400 is especially suitable for cutter applications. Particularly in environmentally sensitive areas, it can provide an attractive alternative to diesel engine operated power packs. The rated power output of the electric motor is 250 kW.
