HBR 504

With its maximum weight of 11 tons, pro viding a power of 129 kW, the HBR 504 drill rig has been speciallydesigned for anchoring and micropiling withhydraulic hammer.

Because of its compactness, robustconstruction and its optimized kinematics, thelight weight HBR 504 proved suitable formany other drilling applications.

The pendulum crawler track makes the rigautomatically adaptable to varying surfaceconditions when moving over uneven ground.Additionally it supports setting-up and loadingof the rig.

The operator’s control panel has been specially designed for the drilling personnelat optimized ergonomics. All hydraulicfunctions, i.e. drilling functions and set-upfunctions are integrated in the control stand.

The HBR 504 is built safe, meeting andexceeding the stringent European safety andhealth standards. All of our products aremanufactured to comply with the ISO 9001quality requirements.

Das Pendelfahrwerk gleicht im Fahrbetriebautomatisch Geländeunebenheiten aus undkann zusätzlich als Einricht- und Verlade hilfeeingesetzt werden.

Das Bedienpult wurde optimal und ergo -nomisch für das Bohrpersonal konzipiert. Allehydraulischen Funktionen, d.h. Bohr funktionenund Einrichtfunktionen sind im Steuerstandintegriert.

Die HBR 504 entspricht den strengenEuropäischen Sicherheits- und Gesundheits -standards oder übertrifft diese sogar.
