▲ Extra-large 10.4〞(TFT) colorful LCD screen adopted as the dynamic motion-graphic and the real-time hint explanations. Facilitated to learn from the operation circumstances.

▲ 100 sets of the large flash ROM memories for saving the conditions of the mold formation automatically. Associated with the internal mold no copy skill and the floppy backup function. Communicated through the RS-232 interface for monitoring the formation data by itself or printing out the parameter by the EPSON STYLUS COLOR printer.

▲ PID temperature control mode.▲ Nozzle zone PID temperature control independently (Optional)▲ Clamp/Injection adopted as the high-

precision optical ENCODER. Ejector complied with the accurate position control by the analog potentiometer.

Variable Volume Piston Pump-VR (Optional)▲ Japan made YUKEN (or NACHI) variable volume

piston pump-VR could be depended on the actual motion requirements to energize the displacement oils by itself for saving the energy at least 20~30 %. While the motion of the auto-holding pressure intended to the more time in the injection sequence, the displacement oils of the piston-pump should be tending towards the more sensitivities, enable to obtain the conspicuous efficiency in the power-saving.

Turcon Seals▲ The injection cylinder adopted as the friction-free

B+S (="Busak+Shamban" made in West Germany) "Turcon" seals to provide no stick-slip and the high-response effects during the high pressure/speed reciprocating motions as well as assuring the long service life.

▲ Technical Data:Operating Pressure / 350 Bar. Velocity / 500 mm/sec. Temperature / -30℃ ~ +110℃.

Clamping System▲ The stationary/moving platen adopted as the optimum "Finite Element

Analysis" system to provide the robust rigidity of the mechanical mechanisms. Collocated with the 2-set of the travel cylinders to assure the rapid mold opening/clamping movements smoothly.

▲ Rapid/Stable/Simple apparatuses of the Hydraulic Clamping mechanisms to assure the high qualities in the formation conditions.

▲ New generation design of the Hydraulic Clamping mechanisms achieved the high-efficiency and the balanced distribution in the clamping force, to assure the final product's quality. High parallel alignments between the tie bars to guarantee the molds service life、the high quality product during the round-the-clock production and the long machine's service life.

▲ Ejector adopted as the high-precision potentiometer to facilitate the ejector position free setting in accordance with the molds by the more probable selection.

▲ High-precision linear guide ways reduced the mechanical deformation/wear and the back- pressure resistance brought from the plasticizing by means of providing the better control of the injection sequence.

▲ Ion nitrided essential components barrel/screw provided for the hardness over than HV800 to enhance the wear-resistance/long-life characteristics.

▲ 6-stage of the injection control with the optical ENCODER simplified the operation as well as the high-precision pulses.

▲ 3-stage of the digital back-pressure control independently facilitated the control in the density of the plasticizing.

Hydraulic System▲ The manifold design adopted as the logic hydraulic loop schemes

collocated with the high efficiency induction motor and the high performance fixed vane-pump (Variable Pump by the optional only) to assure the quick motions smoothly.

▲ High response BOSCH proportional pressure/flow valves. ▲ Back-pressure setting equipped with the proportional control

independently.▲ The main oils reservoir except adopted as the in-line oils filter, also

it could be collocated the optional apparatus with the oils cleaner (strainer) to obstruct the oils contaminants return back to the oils reservoir and to assure the safe hydraulic fluid oils system and the service life.
