Replying to a query as to why did Congress commit the strate- gic blunder of bringing Priyanka Gandhi Vadra just before elec- tions as she would also have to take the blame now if Congress were to fail at the hustings this time, Misra said that all Congress leaders and workers wanted Priyanka's entry into politics. "Desperation is there to be seen on faces of the Prime Minister and other BJP leaders. The results will not be on their expected lines. They wrongly assumed that losses in UP would be compensated in West Bengal and Odisha which is not go- ing happen. Everywhere in India they are going to lose seats," he said. The All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Mus- limeen (AIMIM) leader said the re- gional parties will play a key role in the formation of the next govern- ment at the Centre.
