The Portfolio Analysis Option integrates strategic portfolio analysis and project prioritization deeply within its multi-project and resource management data model. Rating projects using both top-down and bottom-up criteria linked to real-time project fields creates a new, dynamic and modern PPM approach. Users can analyze portfolios via tabular views, bubble charts, and a unique project symbol visualization.

The Strategic Management Option allows top management to plan, communicate, and control their strategic vision. Users can then break this vision down into goals and initiatives and implement these by linking them to one or more strategic projects. Thus, making it possible to directly connect strategy to project execution and reduce barriers to strategy implementation.

The Jira® Connector Option provides a real-time, bidirectional integration between ONEPOINT and Atlassian's Jira. By incorporating the synced data into our integrated multi-project database, it is possible to extend Jira seamlessly with standards-based project portfolio management as well as resource planning.

The Status Reporting Option provides a fast and effective way of ensuring regular project status reporting. Management reporting is facilitated via a traffic lights-based status overview and IPMA-compliant, printable PDF reports such as project charter and project status.

The SAP® Connector Option enables automatic or manual bidirectional synchronization of projects, WBS components, cost and resource planning data, as well as internal costs between ONEPOINT and SAP. In addition, automatic or manual synchronization of human resource master data and external costs from SAP to ONEPOINT is provided.

The Planning & Controlling Option facilitates standards-based project management by supplying interactive, intuitive planning tools and functional controlling views. It includes detailed planning features such as an interactive WBS, scheduling, visual resource planning and more complex controlling tolls like milestone trend analysis and Earned Value.

The Risk Management Option provides project managers with the ability to professionally manage the risk portfolio including risk description, probability and impact for each project. Optionally, global risk categories can be defined to make risks comparable across projects.

The Stakeholder Analysis Option allows for revision-safe stakeholder management with respective measures. The controlling component provides a visual stakeholder analysis based on power, interest and attitude. In addition, a stakeholder traffic light can be configured for status reports and overviews.

The Confluence® Connector Option allows embedding real-time project and portfolio views into any Confluence page using macros. Available views include work breakdown structure and schedule on the project level, as well as project pipeline on the portfolio level.

The Exchange Connector Option provides push-synchronization of ONEPOINT activities to Microsoft® Exchange. Users can easily get direct access to their activity lists via Microsoft® Outlook®. In addition, out-of-office time can be synced back to ONEPOINT in the form of unavailability periods.

The Program Management Option allows to plan and manage large, complex projects and dependencies between related projects easily. Splitting projects into sub-projects and the distribution of responsibilities across multiple project managers is supported. Each sub-project manager can then decide which activities are visible in the overall program plan.
