Utilize the entire venue for a classroom style lecture to 350, or join up to 600 colleagues for a
casual reception. For smaller meetings, the ballroom can be separated into three separate
areas, capable of hosting 48 in a U-shape set up or 175 in a theater set up. Add in the attached
Regency Foyer for additional space for refreshment breaks or information tables.

These average menu guidelines reflect seasonal pricing and are subject to change. Please note that prices

CONCESSIONS In the event that the Group actualizes a minimum of eighty percent (80%) of the room block, the Hotel, as
a special consideration to the Group, will provide:
(1)Presidential Suite at the group rate per night
(12) upgrades to Bayview Suites for the Board at the group rate per night
(1) per (50) complimentary room on cumulative basis
No resort fee (attendees are public officials)
(50%) discount off Self-Parking Fee (current rate is $20.00 per night)
Complimentary guest room internet access for CMTA guests (current rate is $9.95 per 24-hours)
