PRE‐EVENT PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONAL VALUES Webinar advertisements on Hanley Wood aligned event webpages Each of our webinars, designed by a panel of conference managers, targets a unique group of attendees that align with our most popular events. Each webinar is publicized on applicable event sites, highlighting you as the sponsor, and giving you exposure amongst a variety of audiences.    Custom Created Webinar Page on Hanley Wood aligned event webpages To market the webinar, our marketing team has developed a detailed webpage highlighting the webinar description, objectives, designations (if applicable) and speaker experience. This webpage will appear on all applicable exhibition sites and will feature information about your participation as the sponsor.   Exclusive in Web‐based Webinar Promotion Your brand will be marketed to thousands of prospective attendees. The webinar marketing campaign consists of a 4‐week, intensive program that will include one email per week to a combined audience of 120,000 prospective attendees. Each email will include your logo or a customize banner.   Sponsor Highlight in Registration System Your sponsor logo will be highlighted both in the online registration system and in the registration confirmation for attendees registering for the webinar with a clickable link to your company’s website.   

LIVE WEBINAR EXPOSURE Registration “Lobby Host”  As attendees sign‐in to the webinar, they will be directed to a “waiting lobby” where they will receive information on the sponsoring company. This can include a logo, flash video, rotating power point slides, etc. The lobby for the webinar will open approximately 15 minutes before the webinar kick‐off time.   Introduction of Sponsor at Webinar Kick‐off At the advertised start time of the webinar, the speaker will officially “introduce” the sponsor and thank them for their participation in sponsoring the event.   

POST‐SHOW WRAP UP FEATURES Post‐Show Survey All registered attendees receive a survey following the conclusion of the webinar asking for feedback on the event. Your sponsorship entitles you to 1) submit a question for the survey and 2) receive a copy of all survey responses.  Attendee Post‐Show Wrap‐Up Email Campaigns The post‐show wrap up campaign consists of three targeted emails that are distributed post Live‐Webinar: 1) a “thank you” email to verified attendees that includes the survey referenced above 2) an email to non‐verified attendee with information on the archived webinar 3)and a target email to new prospects promoting the archived webinar.  

LEAD GENERATING ASSETS Webinar Leads As the sponsor of the webinar, you have a vested interest in the success of your event. Our pay‐per‐lead model allows you to benefit from qualified leads generated from the pre and 30‐day post publicity generated by the live webinar.   

ADDITIONAL VALUES Custom Demographic Registration Questions As the sponsor of the webinar, you have the option to include two custom questions in the webinar registration system (some limitations apply). This is a great opportunity to get more information from your new lead base!   Webinar Archival Publicity The webinar will be archived in the Hanley Wood webinar library where you will receive sponsorship recognition throughout its run. As the sponsor, you have the opportunity to include a 1 – 1 ½ minute flash video introduction to be run before the pre‐recorded webinar.
