HUSKPAC ULTRA - a boiler designed for savingsImproving your business

    is our business

Special ferrules have been provided to protect

smoke tubes from abrasive husk ash. This

leads to longer life of tubes.

    Rugged & long

    operating life

By design, top loading avoids typical problems of front loading with

single fan e.g. devastating effects like nozzle failure and bulging of

reversal chamber, caused by malfunction of damper adjustments

and pressure variation, are done away with

    Reliable top loading

Nozzle failure due to erosion of nozzles.

Bulging of reversal chamber caused by

    combustion taking place inside it.

  • HUSKPAC ULTRA - a boiler designed for savings

Turbulent air flow, counter to the feed of fuel

(rice husk), gives higher residence time and

    enables complete combustion

    when fuel is in suspension,

    thus ensuring a higher

    efficiency.

    Bubbling bed combustion

    Nozzles designed by CFD

    Temperature Plots

    74%EFFICIENCY

    CFD is a sophisticated, computationally

based Design & Analysis software that helps

    simulate

    Flow of gases and liquids

    Heat and mass transfer

    Fluid structure interaction

Thus nozzles designed using CFD ensure

    proper cooling and longer life.
