WELL DONE!
A massive thank you and congratulations to
Year 2 who raised an amazing £2,695 for
the school with their Door2Door Relay
Challenge last Saturday. The families really
got behind the event with 38 children
taking part, as well as various siblings! The
children had a great time running, scooting and cycling around Molesey and seeing all
their friends again. A video montage of the day has kindly been prepared by Sophie and
Gareth Britton, which you can view via our school website: https://youtu.be/aiPqMO6e7CY
Our thanks go to Jeremy and Louise Duffy for arranging this event.
Well Done!

HOME LEARNING SUPERSTAR
A huge well done to Zach in 5H who has completed the Geography task set
by Mrs Laher. Zach has written a carefully planned trip to Alaska. We are
super proud of you! Keep up the wonderful learning that you are doing at
home. 10 house points from Mrs Laher on return!
MY TRIP TO ALASKA!!! BY ZACH
We are planning to visit Anchorage and Denali State
Park in Alaska. I’m planning to take my mum, my sister,
my dad and 2 of my friends. We need to get a direct
plane from London Heathrow Airport to get to
Anchorage and stay there for one week. We will be
staying at the Hotel Alyeska. When we are at this hotel,
we want to go on some coastal trails, hike, go on some
bike rides, see some wildlife, try and spot some bears
hunting and swim in the goose river and the jewel river.
Then, we’re going to get the train from Anchorage to
the Denali State Park and stay at a hotel there. There
we’re going to go on some tours, do some hiking and
wildlife watching. Hopefully, we see the iconic Black
bears, Grizzly bears, wolves and caribou!!!!!!
As it will be summer there and quite warm, we are
going to need mosquito repellent, sun cream, hiking
shoes, water proof jacket and fleeces as well as shorts,
T- shirts, trainers, sliders and swimming costumes.

we encourage these to be as creative as possible. You can draw these, paint these or dress up as one of the characters and stage these. Please send a photo of the real book cover and the newly designed book cover to Mrs
Laher's email address by 26th June 2020: [email protected]
