The falchion sword was known to the army as a secondary weapon. It was first used during the 14th century. As was used as a saw back blade.

Some other facts • dogs were used to track boar • The hunters were allowed to pit their own

strength against the strength of the boar • There were weapons that people needed to

hunt and those or wanted to hunt used • There weapons were different for the two

different types of hunting • Hunting was also a favorite pastime back then • Swords for boar hunting were used for the most

daring of hunters
