Tai Chi Class
Gentle body toning exercises to improve the health of your body and mind. Increase your balance and stability, prevent falls, relieve stress and pain, and much more.

Free Zumba Gold Demonstration and Taster Class
Zumba Gold is a dance-based fitness class with a fun factor that attracts exercisers of all ages. Zumba Gold takes the Zumba formula and modifies moves and pace to suit the needs of older participants to offer camaraderie, excitement and fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. All welcome to try out Zumba Gold for free, at our Seniors Festival Wednesday ‘tasters’.

Free Health Seminar on Healthy Mental Ageing and Falls Prevention
Please join us as resident psychologist, Rudolf Stork, talks about and answers your questions on healthy mental ageing, social participation, bereavement, depression and how to transition to retirement.
Nancy Ho, practice physiotherapist will then share her simple strategies for falls prevention; an essential element in maintain-ing your health and independence. (Afternoon tea provided.)

95th Combined Anzac Eve Memorial Service
This year marks the end of the 100 Anniversary of WWI and it is the 95th year that the service has been held continuously in Hunters Hill. The march steps out from the RSL Hall at 7.15pm to reach the Town Hall for the service.
