• Gas oil separation plant R3 operational– Limiting output to 50K bbl/day

• Still exceeds many oilfields’ annual output

– Gas being flared now; expected to flow in 24 hrs

• Need for Pentostam– Treatment for diseases caused by sand fly bites– Need in Al Amarah, Al Kut

• Kimadia Company Manages warehouses• Warehouse assessed to meet need for greater Baghdad and

beyond

Highway 10 Hazards

• Two hazard areas identified by HACC-West– One lane passable on bridge at 379km mark

• Must alternate traffic• No traffic control measures

– Eastbound overpass destroyed at 174km mark• Eastbound traffics crosses into westbound lanes• No warning to westbound traffic

Note: Kilometer markings begin from Baghdad and increase toward Jordan
