Measure 9.3 – Popularization of formal lifelong learning in school forms

• formal certification of general and vocational qualifications obtained in informal way (support for persons who declare willingness to take external examination and have their qualifications confirmed)

• educating in school forms adult person• advisory service as to choosing profile and form of formal learning in context of

needs of regional or local labour market• support to adult schools, lifelong learning institutions, institutions of practical

education and institutions of in-service training in the field of formal education, aimed at:

– monitoring needs and enhancing or adjusting educational offer to needs of regional and local labour market,

– increasing quality of educational offer,– developing innovative forms of lifelong learning, including e-learning

Implementation of Measure 9.3 in Silesian Voivodship

• allocation in 2007–2013 – 19 207 023 EUR = 78 009 324 PLN (1 EUR = 4,0615 PLN)

• since 2007 – 36 projects of value 31 040 632 PLN

• money contributed to beneficiaries – almost 12 000 000 PLN
