Hub Hyde Park hosts businesses of all sizes, ranging from

The lower levels of Hub Hyde Park contain spacious suites
specially designed for larger companies and organisations.
Also part of the diverse and thriving business community are
Hub Australia’s Flexi-Impact members, a range of purpose-
driven businesses working to grow their businesses and
networks in the space.
Every Hub Hyde Park membership includes access to Hub’s
member events, aimed to help every member connect
with their community and grow their business skills. With
events including a weekly Wine Down on the café terrace,
fortnightly Breakfast Club, regular ‘Hub Talks’ and externally
hosted Hub Partner events on topics on everything from
marketing to HR, Hub Hyde Park offers opportunities to
expand your skills and networks.
A custom online portal allows members to see who else is in
their community, as well as being able to message and connect
with other Hub members and businesses across Australia.

Guests
Our staffed welcome desk acts as a reception for all
members, including greeting guests and notifying you
via email when your guests or visitors arrive. Guests are
welcome to visit Hub Hyde Park for up to 2 hours, and can
purchase day passes to stay for longer.

Hub Hyde Park has a dedicated high-speed fibre internet
Wifi connection with backup redundancy, and we can offer
additional IT setup services including port and switch hire.

Hub Hyde Park has a range of premium meeting spaces
available to members. Each membership type is allocated
a differing amount of ‘coins’ to book these spaces through
our member portal. Three non-bookable phone booths are
available, and members can also work in any of our stylish
breakout spaces including the café and terrace, kitchen,
and lounge areas.
Members are welcome to bring their well-behaved dogs
into Hub Hyde Park, with visits booked through our member
portal. All dogs must be on-leash at all times and are
only permitted in workspace areas.
Working from National Hub Locations
Members with a Flexible 24/7, Dedicated Desk or Office/
Suite membership are welcome to access any of our
interstate locations in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Adelaide
between 9am - 5pm with a pre-booked pass. Other
membership types are able to purchase discounted
day passes as they need. Hub Hyde Park members are
welcome to visit our other Sydney site, Hub Customs
House, and work from the beautiful café space.

Hub’s Dedicated Desks offer large wide desks, ergonomic
Steelcase chairs, lockable pedestal drawer storage, and

professional development and networking events, as well as
exclusive member perks and discounts.
Hub Hyde Park offices range from 2 to 20 person spaces.
They are secure and lockable, with plenty of room for your
team, and come furnished with ergonomic Steelcase chairs
and high-quality desks.
All-inclusive pricing covers internet, utilities, cleaning, a
staffed welcome desk and use of all building amenities,
as well as business signage and a mailing address.
Every team member is able to access Hub’s regular events,
meeting room usage, printing, and secure 24/7 access to
the building and office.
Hub Hyde Park offers suites for teams of 20 - 60 on the
Lower Ground and Ground level. These suites are secure
and offer internal office or meeting spaces. With plenty of
space to customise your desk arrangements, all offices come
furnished with premium ergonomic Steelcase chairs and
high-quality desks.

welcome desk, use of all amenities, signage, and a mailing
