We have read the Hebron Christian College Prospectus and agree with and support the Christian philosophy and direction of the school. Upon admission, our child will be required by us to obey all school authorities and school rules and fulfil all the requirements of the educational programme, class and school discipline and all other school requirements (uniform, etc.). We accept that school fees are payable in advance. Term or monthly payments are by direct debit only. Annual payments to be arranged with the Bursar. We accept that should our child leave the College, a term's written notice ( 12 weeks) will be given otherwise a full term's fee will be payable.We understand that the cost of recovering unpaid or overdue fees will be added to the outstanding balance. I allow the school to use the information on this form for any purpose they see fit and for the education & welfare of my child.

ENROLMENT PROCEDURE:

1. Fill in all boxes of the application form. These fields need to be completed for your enrolment to proceed. Sign and date the form.

2. * Please provide proof of Residency. No application will proceed past this point without the legal documentation.

It is required by law that a student applying for schooling in any school in New Zealand must provide proof of New Zealand residency. Please submit with the application either:

a copy of the child’s Birth Certificate or New Zealand passport

If you, the parent, have a work visa you will need to provide: Parent’s passport with current Work Visa for photocopying. (Do not allow your Work Visa

to expire without applying for a new one. If you do not have a current Work Visa International Student fees will be charged)

Student’s passport with New Zealand Visa, this might be a Visitor’s Visa which will expire in 3 months. Please obtain your Student Visa on acceptance at Hebron Christian College as soon as possible. It will take 30 days at New Zealand Immigration to process a Student Visa.

3. Include a cheque for the $75 Application Fee per student.

4. Include two passport sized photos.

5. Provide a copy of the latest school report.
