Please Note:Maximum load for the glass shelves is 70Kg each.This support must be assembled in accordance with these assembly instructions.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!1) Before starting assembly please take time to familiarise yourselfwith the instructions and the components listed on the back page,as this product could be unstable if incorrectly installed.2) Do not place hot or cold items against or in close proximity toany glass surface unless an adequately thick insulating material isused to prevent such items coming into contact with the glass.3) Do not strike the glass with hard or pointed items.4) When cleaning glass panels use a damp cloth or leather withwashing up liquid or soft soap if necessary; do not use washingpowders or other substances containing abrasives as these mayscratch the glass.5) Do not sit or stand upon horizontal glass surfaces.6) In order to maintain a high quality finish, when cleaningwooden panels please use a soft cloth with a suitable furniturepolish if required.7) Alphason Designs uses real wood veneers, consequently slightcolour and pattern variation may occur and does not indicate aproduct defect. With natural wood, exposure to direct sunlightcan produce colour change and should be avoided. Any slightchange in colour over time does not indicate a product defect.

Place the second side panel on its rear edge. Attach

other side of support bar with screw .

Be sure to place chrome washer either side of side

panel .

DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREW AT THIS STAGE.

Repeat this method in order to attach all other support

bars , once again ensuring the flat faces are positioned

correctly.

Once all the bars have been attached please fully

tighten all screws with allen key .

Fit all cover caps into screws and tighten by

hand.

Be sure not to over tighten as you may

need to periodically tighten the screws .

Place stand into its upright position.

STAGE 1Place one side panel on its rear edge. Place chrome washer

either side of the side panel . With screw attach support bar .

DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREW AT THIS STAGE.•

Remove self adhesive clear buffer from backing and

carefully position three equally along each rod on the flat face.

EACH SUPPORT BAR HAS A FLAT FACE. ENSURE THE FLAT FACE IS FACING THE TOP OF THE UNIT AS SHOWN.

ENSURE ALL SUPPORT BARS FLAT FACES ARE FACING THE TOP EDGE AS SHOWN.

Remove protective covering before assembly .

Remove backing from one side only of the self adhesive pad and attach to

rear of angle bracket . Repeat this and attach adhesive pad to the

underside of the angle bracket as shown.

Repeat this step for the second angle bracket .

STAGE 5Place carefully the glass shelves , and onto support bars ensuring the glass shelves rest on clear buffers .

Ensure rear of all glass shelves align with rear of side panels as shown below.

This will help with the correct installation of cable tidy.

Using one of the angle brackets remove the backing off self

adhesive pad on the back section. Attach to top of cable

tube as shown.

Remove backing off self adhesive

pad on the underside of angle

bracket .

Attach cable tidy and bracket

to centre of cut out section on top of

glass shelf .

STAGE 88.8.Unpeel backing off both self adhesive pads on remaining angle

bracket .

Attach to bottom glass shelf and cable tube .

Your stand is complete.

BEFORE PROGRESSING TO STAGE 7, IT IS ADVISABLE TO CLEAN CURVED AREAS AT THE BACK OF THE GLASS

SHELVES WITH AN ALCOHOL BASED CLEANER TO ENSURE A

SECURE FIX OF THE CABLE TIDY.
