Lessons Learnt• Challenge in accessing an open source application

developer with DRUPAL background – not many specialist in the region.

• Designing and putting things into application is two different things all together and is time consuming

• Commitment from all levels - Despite the signed commitments made by leaders supporting the free sharing of energy data and information in the PRDR SE4ALL initiative – What ever happens on the ground level is of a different story. Mutual agreements, Standard MOUs or enforcement through legislation has its application depending on country.

Way Forward• Development of a 5-10 year strategy to ensure

the sustainable operation of the Programme• Data sharing agreements/MOUs
