PAYMENTPayment is due upon receipt of invoice.In case of a cancellation up to six weeks before the event, we charge 10 percent of the conference price as a handling fee. From 6 weeks before the event date 50 percent of the participation fee will be due. Cancellations 4 weeks prior to the event or non-attendance, the entire conference fee will be charged. The cancellation must always be in writing. It is possible to send a representative to the conference. If we.CONECT Global Leaders GmbH decided to cancel an event where payments had been already received the payment will be transmitted to a future event with a similar focus. we.CONECT Global Leaders GmbH is notresponsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation / postponement of an event. we.CONECT Global Leaders GmbH shall assume no liability whatsoever if thisevent is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other eventthat renders performance of this conferenceinadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: An Act of God; governmentalrestrictions and / or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and / or riots; curtailment, suspension, and / or restriction on transportation facilities / means of transportation; or any other emergency.
