• We maintain a project calendar on our password protected website with company wide access

• We review this calendar weekly on a company-wide conference.• Scheduling, purchasing, operations, field and project

management as well as senior management collaborate on all projects to deliver you the HTI experience.

Our company is our people• We hire great people and train them on our model.• We continually educate our staff to keep their knowledge fresh

and world class.• We background check and randomly drug test company-wide.• Through the standardized evaluation, field personnel are

encouraged to continue to grow in skill sets in order to advance from laborer to finisher and those with leadership skills to Foreman as a proving ground to move up to superintendent.

Safety is procedures and a process• We maintain an OSHA 30/10 safety training program through our field.• Every employee is randomly drug tested and every employee is background

checked prior to hire.• Safety is a process. We have daily safety meetings and a daily review of a

portion of our safety manual.• On every day on every jobsite we have a pre-task meeting with the entire field

team for that site. We specifically review what we need to do on that site within the confines of operating within the facility as to keep all customer and HTI people safe and to be completely non-disruptive to our clients business.

Delivering the HTI Experience

• Our Project Manager and Superintendent team will meet with you prior to starting the project in order to understand how to operate safely within your facility and not cause any un-planned disruption to your site or facility.

• Standard written procedures including jobsite inventory control are followed to eliminate surprises.

• We have a daily pre-task and safety meeting every day on every site.

• We maintain daily job reports which record site air and surface temperatures, material and storage temperatures, humidity, environmental conditions, tests performed, all materials and quantities placed along with means and methods, we record coverage rates, and all equipment used and use duration.

QUALITY

• We set and maintain our own standards for installation quality- we will exceed your expectations.

• Once the project is completed, we will review our own work. If we meet our standards then we will review the site with you, if any items need resolution, we will resolve using our written resolution program. We will deliver Quality, then review our job completion form for your signature.

• We will leave your site clean and make a plan to follow up with you shortly.
